Jumpstart Coaching Package

Through the Jumpstart Coaching Package, you will overcome the lack of mobility, difficulty with daily tasks, and loneliness and isolation often seen in older adults who've experienced stroke or cancer. When you work with me you will get the results of increasing your mobility, confidence, and the ability to enjoy daily activities such as playing with your grandkids.

This program contains 9 total sessions; 3 sessions a month for 3 months.

Courage, Risks and Rewards Coaching Program

In this coaching program, you will explore 5 key areas that will help you find the courage to take new risks and reap great rewards. You will examine the concept of risk and break it down into specific, manageable steps. And you will look at risk from different perspectives and explore how the rewards for taking chances far outweigh the costs. This training will open new doors to exciting opportunities!
